Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna in water (approx. 6oz)

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1 stalk celery

  • 1/2cup mayonnaise

  • 1 hard boiled egg

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 pinch of chopped fresh dill

  • Salt & peper to tase

  • 2 slices of toasted bred per person

  • Lettuce (optional)

Directions

  • drain the tuna
  • chop the celery and the onion finely
  • cut the egg in small quarters
  • in medium bowl mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper
  • add the celery, onions, tuna, egg and mix well
  • let chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours
  • Make the Tuna Sandwich
  • Take two slices of bread if desired ad a little bit of salad/tomatoe on each slice.
  • put the creamy tuna in the middle

Notes

  • If you like it you can also try it with drained capers or sweet pickle relish
