Tuna Sandwich

1 can of tuna in water (approx. 6oz)
1/2 red onion
1 stalk celery
1/2cup mayonnaise
1 hard boiled egg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch of chopped fresh dill
Salt & peper to tase
2 slices of toasted bred per person
Lettuce (optional)
Directions
- drain the tuna
- chop the celery and the onion finely
- cut the egg in small quarters
- in medium bowl mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper
- add the celery, onions, tuna, egg and mix well
- let chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours
- Make the Tuna Sandwich
- Take two slices of bread if desired ad a little bit of salad/tomatoe on each slice.
- put the creamy tuna in the middle
Notes
- If you like it you can also try it with drained capers or sweet pickle relish
